Modules and Actions Available in Precoro Mobile

The Precoro mobile app allows you to be more flexible and work effectively even when away from your PC. Right now, you can already access the main functionality via the app, and we are continuing to expand it and bring more features from the web app.

Let’s look at the leading actions available in the app:

  • Creating purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and receipts;

  • Approving or rejecting documents with a single click;

  • Tracking the documents’ progress with statuses and infocards;

  • Sending orders directly to suppliers;

  • Adding and viewing comments;

  • Managing attachments visible to other Precoro users and suppliers.

How to Set Up Precoro on a Mobile Device

Installing the Application

First, you need to install Precoro on your mobile device. The app is available for download on Google Play and App Store.

Login Options

If you already have a Precoro profile, you can log in using your Email and Password. Alternatively, you can log in with Google or SSO.

If this is the first time you’re using Precoro:

  • You will be invited to join the system via email from no-reply@precoro.us
  • Open the email, press Go to Precoro, and set the password in a web browser.
  • Next time you want to log in, go to the mobile app or desktop version using the same password. 

How to Use the Precoro Mobile App

Home Page

When you open the app, you see the Home page. It displays the documents awaiting your action, starting with the most recent.

You can access this page anytime by clicking the Home icon in the navigation panel at the bottom of your screen.

Creating and Tracking Documents 

The Documents page has a list of available modules, so most of your work can start there. Click on the Documents icon to access it.

Approval Process

When a new document needs your approval, Precoro notifies you via email and push notifications, and the document also appears on the Home page.

There are two ways you can access documents awaiting your approval:

  • Open the Home page to see the full list of documents;
  • Open the Documents page, select a module, and use the Approve infocard.

Alternatively, you can use filters to navigate the list.

Once you open a document, you can Approve or Reject it using the buttons at the bottom of the page. If you choose the Reject option, you will be prompted to specify the reason.

Click the Approval Workflow section at the top of the document page to review the full approval process.

Which permissions does Precoro need?

When installing and using Precoro on a mobile device, you may see it requesting access to your media files and camera. These permissions are necessary for uploading attachments or creating them in the app by photographing a printed document. You can see the full list of required permissions on the store page.

How do you learn about new features and updates in the Precoro mobile app?
