Custom Reports improvements
With this release, our team added some improvements to Custom Reports.
Pending Approval Step filter
This filter was added to the following Custom Reports:
- Warehouse Requests
- Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Receipts
- Invoices
- Expenses
With the 'Pending Approval Step' filter, you can find documents on the certain Approval Step.
Draft, Rejected, and Canceled document statuses were added to reports
These document statuses were added to the following Custom Reports:
- Warehouse Requests
- Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Receipts
- Invoices
- Expenses
You can find these statuses in filters, and they will be shown in exported reports.
Approval time is displayed in 'Approval Step #{}, Date', and 'Final Approval Date' columns
The Item Description column was added to Custom Reports
It was added to the following Custom Reports:
- Warehouse Requests
- Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Receipts
- Invoices
- Expenses
IP Access Control
This functionality helps with the following:
- The ability to control where users use the Precoro.
- Limit the possibility of logging in to Precoro outside the office.
