Backup Approver functionality
We added a new function — now, you can set up the Backup Approver on the Profile Setting page. With this feature, you can set up Backup Approvers to perform approval actions while you are away.
You can set up Backup Approvers for all types of documents you are the approver of.
You can find this function on the Profile Settings page —> Vacation Mode tab:
The Backup Approver:
- Will perform approval actions while you are away
- Will get approval emails;
- Will be displayed in documents and approval workflow;
- Will be displayed on the Company Users page;

Integration with Slack
The first part of the Slack integration is available for Precoro users: documents can be approved or rejected from Slack.
Currently, we integrated only the notification "Document is waiting for your approval".

Precoro enabled the auto-update of the integrated with NetSuite Departments, Chart of Accounts, Classes, and Customers/Projects for all companies.
How it works:
Once a week - on Monday - all integrated with NetSuite lists will be updated. The update includes the following information:
- Option names.
- Option Codes (if there are any).
- Active / Inactive option statuses.
