How Precoro Sends Documents to the Connected Platforms
Once you set up an integration via a connector, your documents can be sent to the connected platform.
When the document reaches the Approved status, it will be integrated during the next integration cycle. Usually, this cycle takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, but for SFTP integration, it can take up to 24 hours.
All documents created before you set up the integration will gain the Historical status, so Precoro won't attempt to integrate them. Other documents will be sent to integration, and you can monitor their progress using the statuses described in the next section.
Understanding Document Integration Statuses
When using the integration, documents are assigned specific statuses that indicate whether they’ve been sent to the connected platform.
Please note that if you don't see an integration status on a non-historical document, it'll be integrated in the next cycle. After an integration attempt, the document will gain one of the following statuses:
-
Sent to followed by the integrated platform—this document has been successfully integrated.
-
Not integrated—the document couldn't be sent due to an error. Please check the integration logs to learn what went wrong and resolve the issue.
-
Internal—it isn't possible to integrate the document. If you see this status, we recommend reviewing if you have to create the document manually in the accounting system, or if there's a custom field stating that the document shouldn't be integrated at all. For example, you may have a Send to Exact Online/SFTP custom document field set to No for this document.
Documents with the Not integrated status will appear in the Not sent infocard, so you can always see where to take action.
