Share Reports with Your Team via Email
You can now send reports directly from Precoro to your colleagues' email addresses. In the Reports module, select a report you want to generate (either suggested by Precoro or custom), select the necessary parameters, and press Run Report as usual. Once the report is created, you’ll see a Send to Email button.
The button opens a dialog where you can enter the following:
- The email addresses to which the report will be sent. You can enter several addresses separated by commas.
- The file name that the addressees will see.
Once ready, click the Send button to send the emails.
Easily Order from Amazon Using the Updated PunchOut Catalog
You can now use our Amazon PunchOut Catalog to create purchase orders without creating a requisition first.
To set up the catalog or edit the existing configuration, navigate to Configuration → Marketplace Configuration → Amazon PunchOut Configuration. There, you will see the Start Purchase Processes From field, where you can select Purchase Order. Depending on this choice, you’ll use the PunchOut from the Purchase Requisitions or Purchase Orders module.
The updated functionality offers a reliable integration and easy purchasing from Amazon, even if purchase requisitions aren’t required in your company.

New in the Mobile App
The latest version of the Precoro Mobile App will go live this weekend. It adds features that help you find the necessary documents faster:
- Related documents for requisitions, orders, invoices, and receipts. When you open a document, you can easily see and access all related documents, just like in the web app.
- Custom document numbers in document lists. You can easily see the custom numbers in the established format and find what you need to approve or review.
