I Don’t Receive any Emails from Precoro. What Should I Do?

Some email services may block emails to protect you from unwanted or malicious emails like phishing, scams, and spam. In this case, they are mistaking your wanted emails for the unwanted ones.

  1. Check your email address in Precoro (if it is correct/valid).
  2. Check the spam folder for emails from no-reply@precoro.com and support@precoro.com.
  3. Ask your IT or technical team to check the firewall settings — no-reply@precoro.com and support@precoro.com emails can be blocked there.
  4. Add no-reply@precoro.com and support@precoro.com emails to the safe sender list or contact list.
