Once synchronized, the matched employee will appear in the integrated PO in NetSuite under the “**Requested By”** field. **💡Please note:** For accurate employee synchronization between systems, the user in Precoro and the employee in NetSuite must have **the same email address**. Otherwise, the synchronization will not work. This process only matches existing users and employees—no new records will be created in either Precoro or NetSuite. #### How to Enable Employee Synchronization To configure the integration: 1. In NetSuite, navigate to **Precoro** → **Configuration** → **Integrations. Go to the **Global Settings** tab. In the **Other Settings** section, enable the **Sync Employee** checkbox. Click **OK** to confirm the changes. All existing and every new user in Precoro will be synced with NetSuite. **💡Please note:** This action is irreversible. #### [![Confirm-3](https://help.precoro.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Confirm-3.png?width=670&height=257&name=Confirm-3.png)](https://help.precoro.com/hubfs/Confirm-3.png?hsLang=en) #### What Happens After Synchronization If you send a document from Precoro to NetSuite after successful employee synchronization: - In **NetSuite**, the **"Employee"** field (located in the **Primary Information** section of the document) will automatically be filled with the name of the matched employee. - In **Precoro**, this user is specified in the document’s **Purchaser** field. ### How to Track the Integrated Users To easily track which employees are integrated with NetSuite, follow these steps: 1. In Precoro, go to **Configuration → User Management.** 2. Click the **Not Mapped with NetSuite** infocard on the **Company Users** page to quickly see a list of all not-integrated users. Or click **Filers** → set the **Yes** or **No** value for the **NetSuite Integrated** option → **Filter results.
