How to Manage the One-Time Login Link

In Precoro, you can manage the sign-in parameter for your users with a One-Time Login Link. This feature can come in handy in certain exceptional situations when you need to securely grant one-time access to the system.

Please note that by default, all the users have this option available in their settings.

You can manage the access to it on the user’s Account Settings page:

How does it work:

1. The user clicks on the Sign In with One-Time Login Link button on the registration page.

2. Enters the email registered in Precoro under the account that the user wants to access and presses the Request button below.

3. The system will auto-generate the one-time link and send it to the specified mail address.

Please note that the link can only be used once, and if not used, it will expire within 5 minutes of creation.

4. Open the email and click the Log in to Precoro button in the letter.

That is it, and you will be automatically redirected to Precoro!
