How to Reactivate User’s Account

If a respective User’s account has been deactivated but now you want to make it active again, follow these steps:


1. Go to the Configuration → User Management page.


2. Use filters to find the needed user. Set the Active filter parameter to “No.” It will allow you to see the list of inactive users.


3. Once you have located the needed user, click on the Edit button.


4. In the Edit User menu, go to the Available Companies section, press the Edit icon, and enable the toggle next to the company for which you want to reactivate the user.


5. Click the Update button to save changes in the user’s profile.

Now, your user is active again!
