How to Reactivate User’s Account
Learn how to reactivate a deactivated user account in Precoro through the User Management settings.
If a respective User’s account has been deactivated but now you want to make it active again, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Configuration → User Management page.
2. Use the filters to find the user. Set the Active filter to No to display the list of inactive users.
3. Once you have located the needed user, click the Edit icon.
4. Turn on the user’s access:
- In a single-company account, turn on the User is Active toggle.
- In a multi-company account, go to the Available Companies section and turn on the toggle next to each company where you want to reactivate the user.
5. Click the Update button to save changes in the user’s profile.
The user's account is now reactivated and they can log in again.
