How to Automatically Fill a Purchase Requisition from a Supplier Quotation

Use the AI Assistant to instantly turn a quotation into a PR draft and save time on adding the details by hand.

The AI Assistant can scan supplier quotations and create requisitions right away, so you don't have to spend time on manual data entry. If the assistant is enabled in your company, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the chat and select Create Requisition from Quotation.
  2. Upload your quotation document. It can be an image or a PDF file.
  3. The Assistant will automatically create a PR draft with all recognized fields already filled in and the quotation file attached. It will then share a link to the document in the chat.
  4. If needed, upload more quotations to the same chat to create more requisitions.


If the necessary fields are missing, they're filled out with default values:

  • Issue Date—date when the document was scanned.
  • Legal Entity—main legal entity of the user who initiated the chat.
  • Price—if the item price wasn’t recognized, it’s set to 0.

Please note that the PR won’t be created if the currency is missing or unavailable in your company.
