The AI Assistant can scan supplier quotations and create requisitions right away, automatically scanning supplier quotations and creating purchase requisitions (PRs), eliminating manual data entry.

If the assistant is enabled in your company, follow these simple steps:

Open the chat and select Create Requisition from Quotation.
Upload your quotation document. It can be an image or a PDF file.
The AI Assistant automatically creates a PR draft with all recognized fields filled in and the quotation file attached, then shares a link to the draft in the chat.
If needed, upload more quotations to the same chat to create more requisitions.

If the necessary fields are missing, they're filled out with default values:

Issue Date—date when the document was scanned.
Legal Entity—main legal entity of the user who initiated the chat.
Price—if the item price wasn’t recognized, it’s set to 0.

Please note: A PR won't be created if the required currency is missing from your quotation or hasn't been configured in your Precoro account. To resolve this, add the currency under Settings.
