In Precoro, you can add Attachments to your Invoices to have the related documents in terms of one document and easy access to them.

Attached documents will be sent to approvers along with the approval emails.

Deleting the Attachments

Those users who have access to document editing can delete the attachments added by other users. This action can be traced by utilizing the Revision History function.


Attachments in the approvers' emails

Approvers will get all attachments from Invoices along with the approval emails.
