Update in PDF/XLSX documents: Invoice and Purchase Order 

We continue updating all our printed documents templates to make them more usable, clear, structured, fine-looking, and harmonized. Here is what we have prepared for this release:


1. PO and Invoice pdf/xlsx headers are now fixed and will be repeated on each page of the printed document




2. Invoice pdf/xlsx file’s appearance received a few changes:

  • Supplier and Bill to blocks became more structured and readable
  • Even-numbered rows in the Item table are now highlighted in light grey. So when it’s a long list of items in the Invoice, it becomes more readable than before:

Disabled suppliers/users/locations/categories now could be selected in filters for older data retrieval
