To import Documents / Items Custom Field options, you should:
- First, open Configuration and go to the Items/Documents Custom Field tab.
- Choose an existing Custom Field or add a new one.
- Go to the Items/Documents Custom Field editing page and press "Import Options.
To preserve the hierarchy and the correct order of options while importing, you need to fill in the template correctly.
There are three columns in the downloaded template:
Please note: Options must be added to the template in the same order they should be displayed in your Items/Documents Custom Field.

Here is an example of how Items Custom Field options (Cost Centers) can be recorded to the template:
Highlighted in green is one Cost Center "Marketing" with sub-levels, and highlighted in blue — is the next Cost Center "Equipment" with sub-levels.
At the same time, those with Option Level '3' ("Other online advertising" and "Facebook ads") are tied to the last one with Option Level '2' ("Advertising").

It is essential to keep the order and hierarchy in the levels and sub-levels.
Here is an example of an incorrect template:
If we try to import such a template, we will get an error because there is no line with Option Level '2' before the lines with Option Level '3'. So this file will fail to import.
