I don't receive the emails from Precoro. What should I do?

If you don't see emails Precoro sends you, we'd advise you to check the steps below:
Check the email address (if it is correct/valid).
Add email@example.com email to the safe sender list or contact list.
In case you are still facing the issue after that, please, contact our support team in chat or via firstname.lastname@example.org, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
