The Budget Usage report helps to understand how you spend your budgets. 


For example:

  • Which locations do you spend your budget on
  • Which supplier do you spend the most
  • Your expenses by departments/projects 
  • PO / Invoice amounts that are included in the budget


To create Budget Usage Report:

  • Open the Reports module and find Budget usage report
  • Set all necessary filters and 
  • Click Run Report and then Export
