The Budget Usage report helps to understand how you spend against your budgets. 


For example:

  • The Budget spends by locations 
  • The Budge spends by the supplier 
  • Your expenses by departments/projects 
  • PO / Invoice amounts that are included in the budget


To create a Budget Usage Report:

  • Open the Reports module and find the Budget usage report
  • Set all necessary filters and 
  • Click Run Report and then Export
