Locations in Precoro are used to:
divide your costs by the locations for which purchases will be made
configure approval workflow depending on locations
limit access to documents
You can add locations in two ways - manually adding one by one or import in bulk.
To add a location manually, you need to click on the Add Location button and fill in all the necessary information.
To import locations:
- Go to the configuration tab and then click on the Location Management button.
- Then press Import Locations and follow the instructions:
Download a template and fill in the required info (Name).
Make sure there are no duplicates of Name or Unique Code value
