Locations in Precoro are used to:

  • separate your costs by the locations for which purchases will be made

  • configure approval workflows depending on locations

  • limit access to documents

You can add locations in two ways - manually adding one by one or importing in bulk.

To add a location manually, you need to click on the Add Location button and enter all the necessary information.

To import locations:

  1. Go to the configuration tab and then click on the Location Management button. 
  2. Then press Import Locations and follow the instructions:
  • Download a template and fill in the required info (Name).

  • Make sure there are no duplicates of Name or Unique Code value
