  • Services and rentals

How to create a Recurring Invoice

You can create an original Recurring Invoice from scratch or convert one of your existing Invoices.

This is how it works

For example, you started using new software — the price of the subscription is $100 monthly, and it's an annual contract. You can create a recurring invoice for one year, and Precoro will reserve $1,200 in the budget. Once you process the monthly payment, $100 will move from the section "Reserved" to "Used."
Additional notes:
  • You can make the document recurring if it is in the 'pending' or 'in revision' status. The status of a created recurring document will be set according to your company's approval workflow.
  • Precoro will automatically create an Invoice and send it for approval on the date set when you created the Recurring Invoice ;
  • You can change the initial Recurring Invoice at any time. Note that these amendments will affect every following document.
