If you would like to enable a required two-factor authentication for all employees to control them and not to waste time enabling it for new employees, follow these steps to enable required two-factor authentication for your company:

1. Open Configuration--> Account Settings. 

2. Check the box "Required two-factor authentication"-->Update.

3. After this setting all your employees who haven't enabled two-factor authentication will get warning letters. Any of their clicks in Precoro will lead to the two-factor authentication settings page, they will have to enable it and won’t be able to disable it. 

When it comes to new employees of your company this process will work automatically.
