Some of our clients wanted to enable a required two-factor authentication for all of their employees to control them and to not waste time enabling it for new employees.


Follow these steps to enable required two-factor authentication for your company:


1. Go to the Misc in Configuration


2. Check the box "Required two-factor authentication".




3. After checking this box, all your employees that didn't enable two-factor authentication yet will get warning letters. Any of their clicks in Precoro will lead to the two-factor authentication settings page, they will enable it and won’t be able to disable it. 


When it comes to new employees of your company this process will work automatically.
