The Item Report in Precoro contains all raw data.
With this data in one spreadsheet, you can create any calculations, infographics, comps or any other type of report.


To calculate spends by Supplier or any other value (Department, Project, Issuer, Budget, Location):

  1. Filter and export the item report for Purchase Orders or Invoices.

  2. Copy the data into the Google spreadsheet.

  • Create a pivot table:
  • Select the Supplier for the Rows, Mark tick box "Show totals" and Net Total for the Values.




To create a payment calendar:

  1. Filter and export the Item Report for Purchase Orders or Invoices.

  2. Copy the data into the Google spreadsheet.

  3. Create the pivot table:

  • Select the Supplier for the Rows,

  • Mark tick box "Show totals," The Due date for the Columns, and Net Total for the Values
