If you don't have this role, ask your admin to make changes or grant you access. ### Billing Page Overview Go to **Configuration → Billing** to: - **Check your current plan, usage, and costs**. See your subscription plan, what's included in it, how many user licenses are active versus available, Total Pricing, and when the next payment is due. - **Upgrade your plan or move to a higher Tier**. Access more features on a higher plan, or add user licenses without changing plans. - **Purchase or adjust add-ons.** Turn on the add-ons available to your plan and scale them to your needs. - **View your billing details and history**. Review your billing details, or see past payments. ### Managing the Billing Page Click **Billing Information** in the top right of the Billing page to manage: - **Billing Contacts**—which users with the Configuration role receive billing-related emails, including upcoming subscription or account expiration, account freeze, subscription usage summaries, and add-on expiration. If the field is empty, all configurators will receive the emails. - **Information for receiving Invoices**—your company's registration address, tax details, and VAT status. You can always check your transaction history to see a record of your past payments. In the related plan cards you’ll find information about: 1. The date and amount of your next payment. 2. Access to the features you have based on your plan. 3. How many users are active and available. 4. Add-ons, which are in use. Click **Renew Subscription**. This button appears 60 days before your Renewal Date, giving you time to arrange payment on your schedule. 2. Proceed with paying for the next service period. 3. After you paid, the next Renewal Date is set to exactly one billing cycle from your **current** Renewal Date (not from the day you pay). For example, with an annual billing cycle and a Renewal Date of April 30, 2026, renewing on April 16 sets your new Renewal Date to April 30, 2027. With a 6-month billing cycle instead, your new Renewal Date would be October 30, 2026. #### Change Plan To compare all plans or upgrade: 1. Click the **Change Plan** button. 2. Compare **Core**, **Automation**, and **Enterprise** side by side. The one you're on is marked with a **Current Plan** tag. Each higher plan includes everything in the plan(s) below it, plus its own additional features. 3. Click **Upgrade to \[Plan Name\]** to move up. 4. The request for an update will be sent to your Customer Success Manager, who will follow up with you. Precoro has 11 Tiers. Each Tier includes a set user limit. For example, Tier 2 allows up to 30 users, and Tier 6 allows up to 100 users. Which users count toward the Tier limit depends on your **Tariff**: - **Power/Standard Tariff**—only Power Users count toward the limit. Standard Users are free and unlimited. - **Basic Tariff**—all users count toward the limit, regardless of role. To upgrade your Tier: 1. Scroll to **Upgrade your Tier**. 2. Enter the number of user licenses you need. Precoro calculates which Tier fits that number and offers it to you. 3. Review the amount under **To Pay**. This amount is pro-rated and calculated as the difference between your current Tier price and the new Tier price for the remaining days until your Renewal Date. 4. Click **Purchase** to confirm. **💡Please note:** This pro-rated amount covers only the time remaining in your current billing cycle. From your next renewal onward, you pay the full price for your new Tier.
