We are thrilled to share the updated versions of the document creation pages from AP Inbox:

  • Create Invoice

The improvements include:

    • Enhanced Visual Clarity — a cleaner look more focused on optimized readability to make it easier for you to comfortably engage with the page’s contents.
    • More Efficient Design — the updated layout is created to save time and reduce clicks, allowing you to accomplish tasks more quickly and efficiently.

  • Create Invoice from PO

The improvements include:

    • Added both fast and advanced filters that will simplify and expedite the search for needed documents.
    • Ability to match and disconnect items with the ones in the related PO.
    • A more user-friendly flow of adding items from the PO and the ability to edit them before creating the Invoice itself.

Also, if you have activated the Invoice as a single-line functionality for your Supplier, you will not be able to match the items on the Invoice editing page.

  • Create Credit Note

The improvements include:

  • New more efficient design with improved preview mode.
  • Ability to match and disconnect items with the ones in the related document.
